The lack of hospitality from the hotel staff was noticeable, as they barely greeted guests and seemed confused or hesitant when it came to fulfilling requests. This lack of warmth and attentiveness made guests feel unwelcome during their stay.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The tuk tuk service was a great addition, making it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions. The location was perfect for our needs, situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The hotel itself was impressive, from the beautiful reception hall to the well-equipped rooms. We loved the balcony with its wonderful view and the excellent shower. Everything was top-notch, making us feel like we were in good hands.

The hotel was clean, with helpful staff. The room was large, quiet, well-cooled, and had a great panorama. The bathroom was bright and the bed was of high quality. The location was authentic and away from mass tourism. The reception team was friendly. The price was excellent, and there was a cute and friendly staff member.
